A Summary of Legislation Regarding Home Schooling in Manitoba





Home school notification forms are to be submitted:

260.1 (3)

Within 30 days after a home school is first established and on or before September 1 in each year.

 
Home schooling progress reports are to be submitted to Manitoba Education and Youth twice a year; once in January and once at the end of June.
